How sources are chosen

We carry established newsrooms with a masthead, a named editorial team and a public feed: The Indian Express, The Hindu, News18, Firstpost, Mint, BBC, The Verge, the Press Information Bureau, The Better India, YourStory and Good News Network. We do not carry anonymous blogs, forwarded messages or aggregator-of-aggregators feeds.

How stories are ordered

Ordering is mechanical: newest first within a section, with duplicate headlines from different newsrooms collapsed to one entry. No editor promotes or buries a story, and no publisher pays for placement.

Attribution

Every card names the newsroom that reported the story, and every reader page repeats the credit and links to the original article. We publish the portion of an article a publisher syndicates; where a publisher serves only a summary, that is all we show.

Sensitive subjects

Faith and culture coverage is descriptive and multi-faith by design. Government coverage reports announcements and directs readers to the official source for anything binding.

Corrections and takedowns

Because we republish other newsrooms' reporting, corrections belong first with them — but tell us and we will pull or update an item promptly. Rights holders can request removal at any time through the contact page.

AI use

No article text on this site is generated or rewritten by AI. Software reads publisher feeds, extracts the article body and lays it out; the words are the publisher's.

Aggregation limits

For commercial publishers we show a headline, a lead image and the summary carried in the publisher's own feed or og:description, followed by a link to the original article. We do not reproduce article bodies, and summary pages are marked noindex so they never compete with the publisher's page in search results.

Full text is reproduced only where the licence permits it. At present that means Press Information Bureau releases, which the Government of India issues for republication; those pages say so at the top.

Rights holders can have their feed removed from this site on request through the contact page, without argument or delay.
